Captivated by the texture, flavor, and originality of the dessert, Mr. Sequeira partnered with a local chef to refine the concept.

with his rich entrepreneurial background-spanning over 20 years across industries like transport, logistics, automobiles, IT consulting, and F&B-he brought the concept to life in India’s very own Silicon Valley Bengaluru.
